A-Team Requirements and Benefits
We as IRA's, Leadership, and A-Team Captains are wanting everyone of the IRA's in the Team Synergy Territory to be creating tremandous success. Those who have demonstreated a commetment to themselves as well as to the community have the oppatunity to join A-Team
Requirements:
- Prior to nomination the ITA must have purchase a training package
- Acceptable attendance determine by Leadership Council
- Attendance and participation at Super Saturday, Intensives, Workshops, Briefings, and Luncheons.
- Mandatory attendance at Regional ISA training.
- Arrive 1 hour early to assist with set up.
- Text A-Team Captains 2 hours before events, if you are not going to be there.
- Text as soon as possible informing A-Team Captains you are going to be late to the meeting. You will be seen as absent if you do not arrive or text 15 minutes after the required arrival time for A-Team members.
- Non members of A-Team are not allowed at A-Team meetings without IRA's consent
- Three unexcused absences will result in dismissal from A-Team
- An unexcused absence consists of failure to notify A-Team Captains
- IRA's, Leadership Team, and A-Team Captains have the right to dismiss A-Team members for improper conduct.
- Failure to complete an event responsibility that was assigned and agreed to will lead to dismissal from the A-Team.
