Leadership Team Requirements and Benefits

Requirements:

  • Each member must be certified and must have put $10,000 in their pocket since certification.
  • Must create $20,000 in NR income each quarter.
  • Mandatory attendance at Regional ISA Training
  • Attendance and participation at Super Saturday's, Intensives, Briefings, Team Calls, and Webinars.
  • Arrive at events 1 hour early to assist with set up
  • Assist in planning of events/trainings
  • Attend weekly Leadership calls and/or meetings

Conditions for Dismissal:

  • Three months without generating income will require dismissal.
  • Three unexcused absences will result in dismissal from the Leadership Team
  • An unexcused absence consists of failure to notify Leadership Team Captain, an absence that is requested for business building activities.
  • Failure to complete an event responsibility that was assigned and agreed-to will lead to dismissal from the Leadership Team.

Benefits to being part of the Leadership Team:

  • Personal and group mentoring with INA and IRA's
  • Access to VIP's coming into area including special dinner's and events specifically for Leadership Team Members only.
  • Stage time: in the form of testimonials, introductions and/or presentation time. This provides instant credibility by being on stage and therefore receiving edification from the rest of the group and other leaders. When your guests see you in front of the room as the presenter/expert, you instantly increase the compelling urgency as to why they want you as their mentor.
  • Access to IRA Phone Zone where other Leadership Team members call your leads and the IRA's call your leads.
  • Access to Private Investor Briefings (PIBs) at the home of the IRA or INA.
